These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the thbet platform and users of all its services ("you" or "member"). At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. thbet reserves the right to cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided. It is the member's responsibility to notify thbet immediately if any of their details change.

Account Management

3.1 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password.

3.2 Account Verification

thbet may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process is carried out solely to ensure the security of your funds.

3.3 Closing Your Account

You may request permanent closure of your account through support at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw any outstanding funds before closing your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at thbet is ৳500, which applies to all payment methods. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals from verified accounts are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. thbet will never ask for your full bank account number or PIN. If anyone claiming to be a thbet representative requests this information, notify our support immediately.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

thbet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount — not the deposit amount, only the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets required before withdrawal.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which are disclosed at the time of the offer. Betting with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games — see the relevant offer details. Using multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted.

5.4 Bonus Cancellation Reasons

A bonus may be cancelled in any of the following cases:

• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts
• Following betting patterns intended to abuse the bonus system
• Claiming a bonus using false information
• Violating any other section of these Terms

12.3 Survival of Terms
